We would like to welcome Stuffed Chocolate to the D'Avolio Brand. Hand crafted in Buffalo, New York. Operations were up and running in November at the new production facility at St. Mary School for the Deaf. This additional partnership allows us to work with St. Mary's students on job related skills.

1-20-2016: All of the students who sat for their National Restaurant Association ServSafe Exam passed with an 88% or higher. All 6 students are certified nationally for 5 years in Safety and Sanitation! Congratulations!
Congratulations to our inaugural class for successfully completing their 425 hour in-class portion of Culinary Principles plus Internship- 625 Hours! These ladies are beginning their student internships at the following locations: Erie County Medical Center- Morrison Healthcare, Buffalo Yacht Club, Ho-Jack Bar and Grill in Albion, and D'Avolio Olive Oils and Vinegars Cafe.
