​​ D'Avolio Culinary Institute is a post-secondary hands-on educational culinary training facility that works with adult learners at all stages of their lives.


To be eligible for our academic programs a potential student must provide evidence of any of the following:


  • High School Diploma or Equivalency
  • IEP Diploma
  • CDOS Credential.  


A TABE assessment may be administered to determine the program best suited for the student.  A score of over a 6.0 is required for admittance into the Culinary Principles plus Internship- 625 Hour program.


Getting Started:

Step One:


Call and speak with an admissions representative at (716)834-3423 or fill out our online form.  


An admissions representative will return your message within two business days.


Step Two:


Upon speaking with a representative, schedule a personal tour and interview.


Tours will be scheduled weekdays between the hours of 9am and 2pm. 

Alternate times can be arranged if necessary.


Step Three:


Upon completion of your tour, our staff will talk you through the remainder of the application process, including personal financial support options.


Important Notes:

Our facility is a smokefree, locked facility located at St. Mary School for the Deaf Campus; therefore perspective students must schedule a designated time to visit.  Unscheduled walk-ins will not be permitted at any time.


It is important to note that any students referred from a city, state or federal agency must remain compliant with any medications and/or counseling prescribed by a healthcare provider; failure to do so my result in removal from the program
