        ServSafe Courses 

ServSafe Safety and Sanitation Course and Exam offered at your business establishment or our facilities.


All Pricing includes the ServSafe book (yours to keep after the course), 2 Hour Exam and light lunch.


Currently we are teaching out of the 6th Edition ServSafe Course Book and all course times include the administration of the exam by our Certified ServSafe Instructor and Proctor Chef David Rennie

8 Hour Course:


This Course is designed for an individual who has previous knowledge of safety and sanitation through practical work or previous ServSafe Certification.  


Priced at $265 per person, you will receive a basic review of safety and sanitation principles.

16 Hour Course: 


This Course is designed for an individual who has a very basic understanding of the importance of safety and sanitation.


Priced at $390 per person you will receive an comprehensive review of the most important ServSafe concepts and practice exams. 


25 Hour Course:


This Course is designed for an individual with little to no background in food service principles.  This comprehensive course is similar to the ServSafe information given in our 625 Hour- Culinary Principles plus Internship Program and includes an intensive study and review of the ServSafe book as well as practice exams. 


Priced at $525 per person, you will be sure that your employees know all the information to practice safe food handling principles.
