Focusing on creating and plating made-from-scratch soups, sandwiches, and salads; this course prepares the adult learner for entry-level food service positions.

INTRODUCTION TO BAKING (50-Hour)

Introduction to Baking prepares students for positions in bakeries or pastry arts.  Students in this course will learn to create and decorate delicious desserts including cookies, brownies, quick breads, yeast breads, cakes, and more!
