Over 5 years working with at-risk youth and adults at Buffalo Adult Education and another local culinary program, to help them achieve credentials to advance their lives.  Previously, I have worked as an Assistant Manager and Customer Service Trainer at Wilson Farms; managed all daily aspects including hiring and firing of staff.  

 

I am always looking to partner with local food service establishments who are willing to help students hone their culinary skills, though both student internship and employment opportunities.
